Walker faces the consequences of his actions in episode 5 of 'The Falcon and Winter Soldier'

In this week's episode, Walker faces off against Sam and Bucky right out of the gate as they try to get the shield from him, knowing that the government is going to punish him. It is a very intense fight because now that Walker has the serum, he is not so easy to fight. It's almost like taking out Steve himself. By the end, Bucky gets the shield and not so subtly gives it back to Sam saying what he's been saying all along.

Walker of course, gets his titles stripped of him and gets honorable discharged, but with no benefits. This is the part of the episode where we get some realism as I am sure some soldiers have to face when they do things that they may not morally agree with or if they make mistakes. The government sees the soldiers as numbers and do not see them as people.

After court, we get to see Val for the first time and it's none other then the fabulous Julia-Louis Dreyfus, returning for the first time since her battle and victory against cancer. If you have never heard of her, lets break it down quickly. She has 8 Emmys (for each of her major TV acting roles), one Oscar and one Golden Globe. Basically, everything she touches turns to gold.

But let's get back to show.

Bucky goes to see Zemo and turns him over to Wakanda. He has one last favor to ask before he departs.

Sam visits Bradley and he talks to him about the role of Captain America. He hears Bradley's story and understands where he is coming from and why he wanted to 'die'. This forces Sam to try and consider whether to keep down the road as the Falcon or give it up and just focus on his family.

Bucky joins Sam back with his family and gives him a gift from Wakanda (obviously new wings since Walker destroyed his old ones). That means they will be indestructible but will Sam put them back on? Bucky decides to stay and help Sam fix the boat and help get Sarah back on her feet. We get a lovely montage of these two beautiful men fixing things.

Walker visit's Lemar's family and lies to them about what happened. They believe that Walker killed the man because he killed Lemar.

For the side stories, Sharon is making some deals and while they seem random, they obviously serve a purpose. Marvel don't put scenes in their stories for no reason.

Bucky and Sam talk about the shield and he begins to understand why Sam had such a hard time with being Captain America as a black man. The season had touched on the issue with racism that still exists in America and like Bradley said to Sam, "it's hard for a self-respecting black man to wear that shield". Sam helps Bucky try to recover from his nightmares and his issues with what he did as Winter Soldier.

After talking with Bucky and Sarah, Sam decides that he is not going to give up just because everyone tells him to. This is why Steve chose Sam. He knows that Sam will always do the right thing and he will never give up even when everyone tells him to. He knows that if he wants the world to change, he has to step up and be that change.

The Flag Smashers have set up their next move and Sam figure it out as the show comes to an end. It is his time to make his debut.

There is a post credit scene so make sure that you look out for it. In it, we get to see Walker's next move.

No doubt Marvel is going to have big plans for Dreyfus. You don't bring her in and not have big plans. It's going to be exciting to see how that unfolds. We have to wait and see what her role will be for the rest of this season and for future Marvel projects.

Sharon's role has yet to be defined, but could she play a bigger role than we expect. Yes, I think that much is clear. Some people believe that she is the Power Broker that everyone is looking for and considering how she's been in the scenes we have seen, that is a strong possibility.

Wanda is struggling to keep control in episode 7 of 'WandaVision'

If you are not already hooked on Marvel’s new TV show on Disney+ WandaVision then this week’s episode will certainly have you hook, line, and sinker. This week’s show is titled ‘Breaking the Fourth Wall’ and in some ways it breaks more walls then that. The show hits the 2000s and Modern Family seems to be the theme with some splashes of other sitcoms from the 2000s. I really enjoyed the commentary that Wanda and Vision have when they are talking to the camera. The glances and the 'knowing stare' from Vision are completely spot on.  Like the other episodes, this one is jam-packed with information so you need to make sure you are paying attention. Wanda is slowly but surely losing control of the Hex. The kids are noticing this and want to help but Wanda just thinks relaxing will help (not likely). In the reality part of the show, we discover that Hayward is trying to get Vision back so he can use him as a weapon (no surprise there). Monica and Jimmy meet with her friend (...

Review: 'Dominik' by Sawyer Bennett - Can Dominik tame Willow's wild heart?

In the 6th book of the series, Dominik takes the lead as he tries to get Willow out of his thoughts, but that proves more difficult the more time he spends with her. Willow doesn't want to tie herself down to this man, but the more she fights, the harder she falls. When you do book series like this, it's hard to like every single one. Especially when you unintentionally compare the books with one another. I had a hard time liking the relationship with Dominik and Willow. Perhaps its that we didn't really get to see the beginning (you hear about it in other books) or maybe I just didn't like the way that they are together. It just didn't tickle my fancy. They didn't have that 'it' factor that separates the story from others. I did enjoy the cat and mouse game that Willow was playing with Dominik. That part was entertaining. See a man of Dominik stature get frustrated and make moves that I am sure are out of his character. But even that got old aft...

'Sinful King' by Claire Contreras is now available

The Sinful King, a new, sexy, 100% stand-alone novel by New York Times bestselling author, Claire Contreras, is LIVE! If you had any ties to Marbella, it was impossible for you not to have heard the stories about Prince Elias and his debauchery. Every summer he arrived with his security detail and friends in tow and rented out a row of cottages near the water. Cottages that belonged to my family. Each of those summers, my parents sent me away – summer camp and later, boarding school. Anything to keep me away from the royals and their partying. I hadn’t been home in years, but when I finally come back for the summer, I see that not much has changed. Like all the summers I’d been gone, Prince Elias is back, but this time with an incognito security detail and no friends. This time, there is no partying, no noise, no crowds. No reason at all to even think he was there. I’m given strict orders not to talk to him, not to even look in his direction, but he makes t...
