Review - 'Love at the Bluebird' by Aurora Rose Reynolds - a country singer finds love in an unlikely place
In this book, we go to country music as up and comer Gavin McNeer has given up on love after his last girlfriend cheated on him. He didn't expect to see Alyson Dawson at The Bluebird. Love at first sight effects Gavin and he knows he can't let her go. Much like her other books, it is a quick read, easy to be done in 1-2 sittings. Keep that in mind because their relationship is rushed at the beginning. They go from being strangers to being deep in love in 2 weeks. Outside of that, it is a cute read and I really enjoyed reading it. It's a story about love and how you shouldn't give up even when the odds are against you. It's about trusting your heart even when your brain says something else. I liked Gavin's character because he isn't that stereotypical musician.
