Peter Parker tries to mess with time in first trailer for 'Spiderman: No Way Home'

It is finally here. The first trailer for the new Spider-man movie. The trailer was teased a few days ago when some footage was leaked. Sony quickly took it down, but damage already done. It could have been why we got the trailer or it could have already been planned. Who knows.

But let's dive in to the good stuff.

In this movie, Peter (Tom Holland) is dealing with the damage that was done by Mysterio when he revealed that Peter is Spider-man. MJ (Zandaya) is trying to help him cope with the problems that is coming with the infamany but it becomes too much for Peter and he enlists the help of Dr. Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) to help people forget about what was told, but obviously Peter messes it up and now him and Strange have to try and fix it.

The biggest and best surprise is that we got to see some familiar faces. We already know that Alfred Molina (Dr. Oct), Willem Dafoe (Green Goblin), and Jamie Foxx (Electro) are going to return to the Spider-verse and we have been told many times that Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire will not be (but we are still hopeful that it's just Marvel's way of keeping that a secret). We only get a verbal cue from Green Goblin with that meniacle laugh that is famous but we get a good three seconds of Dr. Oct as he welcomes Peter back to the mix.

Another big surprise is that Peter returns to the Infinity War/Endgame suit that Stark made him. I am sure this will be an emotional return for Peter as he loved Stark and will use it the way that Stark wanted him to. Of course, this is just the start for Phase 4 that is going to deal with a lot of different verses and time travelling. The Loki series set up a big part of that and I think that this Spider-man movie is going to expand on that story. No doubt, it's going to set up Dr. Strange's 2nd movie coming out in 2022.

You can see the full trailer below.

The movie stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Benedict Cumberbatch, Alfred Molina, Jamie Foxx, and Willem Dafoe and is set to come out December 17, 2021.

What did you think of the trailer?

Wanda is struggling to keep control in episode 7 of 'WandaVision'

If you are not already hooked on Marvel’s new TV show on Disney+ WandaVision then this week’s episode will certainly have you hook, line, and sinker. This week’s show is titled ‘Breaking the Fourth Wall’ and in some ways it breaks more walls then that. The show hits the 2000s and Modern Family seems to be the theme with some splashes of other sitcoms from the 2000s. I really enjoyed the commentary that Wanda and Vision have when they are talking to the camera. The glances and the 'knowing stare' from Vision are completely spot on.  Like the other episodes, this one is jam-packed with information so you need to make sure you are paying attention. Wanda is slowly but surely losing control of the Hex. The kids are noticing this and want to help but Wanda just thinks relaxing will help (not likely). In the reality part of the show, we discover that Hayward is trying to get Vision back so he can use him as a weapon (no surprise there). Monica and Jimmy meet with her friend (...

This loss of focus now puts Piper in the hands of a twisted nemesis, and The Devil’s Dust Motorcycle Club is not just falling apart because of it, it’s losing members faster than t...

Review: 'Dominik' by Sawyer Bennett - Can Dominik tame Willow's wild heart?

In the 6th book of the series, Dominik takes the lead as he tries to get Willow out of his thoughts, but that proves more difficult the more time he spends with her. Willow doesn't want to tie herself down to this man, but the more she fights, the harder she falls. When you do book series like this, it's hard to like every single one. Especially when you unintentionally compare the books with one another. I had a hard time liking the relationship with Dominik and Willow. Perhaps its that we didn't really get to see the beginning (you hear about it in other books) or maybe I just didn't like the way that they are together. It just didn't tickle my fancy. They didn't have that 'it' factor that separates the story from others. I did enjoy the cat and mouse game that Willow was playing with Dominik. That part was entertaining. See a man of Dominik stature get frustrated and make moves that I am sure are out of his character. But even that got old aft...
